Terms & Conditions — jeezbaj

By accessing jeezbaj, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed the full registration process.

jeezbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of jeezbaj after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing jeezbaj on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In such cases, references to "you" and "your" in this document apply equally to the person or entity on whose behalf you are acting.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jeezbaj. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published on the platform, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

To register and use jeezbaj, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jeezbaj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jeezbaj support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support@jeezbaj. jeezbaj is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

jeezbaj may request identity documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jeezbaj may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. jeezbaj reserves the right to hold funds pending satisfactory verification of identity.

All financial transactions on jeezbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jeezbaj does not charge currency conversion fees directly, though your payment provider may apply their own rates.

Deposits

jeezbaj accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account within seconds under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure player funds are returned securely.

Any funds remaining in your jeezbaj account are held on your behalf and are not co-mingled with the company's operational funds. Your balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these terms.

jeezbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on jeezbaj may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, minimum odds, and expiry date, are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is live. jeezbaj does not guarantee the continued availability of any welcome bonus offer.

Abuse and Bonus Fraud

jeezbaj employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of arbitrage strategies to reduce wagering risk, and the use of stolen payment methods to fund bonus-eligible deposits. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all pending bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

All bets placed and games played on jeezbaj are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. These include, but are not limited to, cricket betting rules, live casino table rules, slot game rules, and virtual sports rules. Where a conflict arises between a general rule and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule takes precedence.

Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until jeezbaj has issued an explicit acceptance confirmation. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, no bet is considered valid until a confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the player. jeezbaj is not liable for any bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

jeezbaj reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including pricing errors, data feed errors, or human error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Obvious errors will be corrected and affected bets voided or re-settled at the correct odds as soon as the error is identified.

Live Betting

In-play betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to suspension and settlement delays due to the real-time nature of live data processing. Bets placed after an event's outcome is known — or after an in-play market should have been suspended — are void. jeezbaj uses automated systems to minimise the risk of late bet acceptance, but cannot guarantee that such acceptance will never occur.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino table games and slot titles available on jeezbaj are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. • Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity fraud in connection with bets placed on jeezbaj.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the jeezbaj support team or any other player.

jeezbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@jeezbaj. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations are attached to the balance.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic can request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion, from their account dashboard or by contacting the support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion is not reversible before the chosen period has expired. Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all unused bonus balances and any winnings that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not connected to any active bonus wagering obligation will be returned to the player following successful KYC verification.

jeezbaj is not liable for any loss of entertainment value or expected winnings resulting from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
